We use a simple muscle test on selected products,meridians,organs and allergens to support and read the balance required in the body and mind.

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, Mindfulness training and meditations are used as a therapeutic technique to support the mind and body.
