A health coach assists clients in setting attainable health goals, devising a tailored plan, and offering support throughout the journey. This process could encompass improvements in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.

Services Structure

Initial Consult: In this first meeting, we will review your health assessment, discuss your health goals and current lifestyle, and start to formulate personalised wellness goals.

- This includes:

- Developing a Health and Wellness Vision

- Formulating up to 3 Health and Wellness Goals

- Designing an Action Plan for these goals

Monthly Package: This package is designed to support you towards your health and wellness goals by creating accountability over a month-long period.

- It includes:

- 2 x 30 mins sessions

- Weekly check-ins and accountability measures

- Weekly reflections

- Adjustments to goals and vision

- Additional goal setting

Three-Month Package: This comprehensive program is designed for those seeking significant lifestyle changes. Over the course of 12 weeks, Tahlia will provide intensive coaching and support to help you transform your health and wellness.

- It is widely accepted that it takes around 66 days, or just over two months, for a new behaviour to become automatic. A 12-week program gives individuals enough time to not only establish new habits but also consolidate them.

- This includes fortnightly 30 minute appointments over 3 months

- Weekly email check-ins and accountability measures

- Weekly reflections

- Goal Refinements
